I always had lofty dreams for my life. Most people do.

So, when I found myself at the age of 35 severely burnt out, depleted, and not working for 3 years, those dreams faded into the far distance. "Who do you think you are?", "You're lucky to even get this far" were messages in my head reinforcing that I am just not going to achieve much in life.

 

In that state of brokenness and despair, I reached out for help and it came in the form of Spirituality. As I devoured book after book and watched video after video from well-known spiritual teachers, I gradually came to realise that so much of my life was an illusion of the ego. I could not say I know WHO I am, only who the ego wanted me to be.

 

I stumbled into coaching by some stroke of luck and found the most powerful tool to help peel back the layers of the ego and also rebuild an authentic structure for my life. Today, I dare to dream again. With alignment within and a consistent practice of conscious awareness, I know I, and only I, hold the power to realise my dreams.
